1. General Information

Camrose is a licensed massage service operating in accordance with UAE laws and regulations.

Our services are intended strictly for therapeutic and wellness purposes only.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years or older to book or receive massage services.

A valid form of identification may be requested upon arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who exhibits inappropriate behavior.

3. Booking & Appointments

Appointments can be made through our website, by phone at +971 9876543210, or via WhatsApp.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for any necessary consultation or paperwork.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours prior to your appointment time.

Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Exceptions may be considered in cases of genuine emergencies.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payment can be made using cash, credit/debit card, or approved digital payment methods.

Full payment is required at the time of service.

Refunds will only be considered in the case of service dissatisfaction and must be requested within 24 hours of your appointment.

6. Code of Conduct

All services offered by Camrose are strictly non-sexual.

Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session, with no refund, and may lead to legal action.

We expect all clients to treat our staff with respect and professionalism.

7. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or recent surgeries before your session.

Some services may not be suitable depending on your health condition; our team may recommend an alternative accordingly.

We follow strict hygiene protocols in line with UAE health and safety regulations.

8. Liability

While our therapists are professionally trained, Camrose and its staff are not liable for any pre-existing medical issues or injuries that may occur during or after the session.

All services are undertaken at the client’s own risk.

9. Privacy Policy

All client information is treated as confidential and is used only for service-related purposes.

We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal data to third parties unless required by UAE law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
